I started my career as a Hotel Receptionist and then moved on to the Inland Revenue as an Audio Typist. From there I moved to Britannia Building Society where I spent 10 years.  Based at their Head Office I held many varied roles, from General Audio Typist, Branch Office Administrator - a role which involved looking after the facilities and maintenance of the branch network.  A move to Harrogate to work in the Northern Regional Office gave me experience of the reporting side of Branch Office in a region, collating statistics and creating presentations using the information provided.  Following a restructure I returned to the Head Office and worked in the Valuation Department, in a role which included the typing of RICS HomeBuyer Reports together with mortgage valuation reports using the Quest system - which is now used in many UK building societies.
 
A move to London saw me working for Coca Cola in Hammersmith, which gave me an insight in the FMCG industry, and  for the last 8 years I have worked for an Investment Bank in the City of London, firstly working as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director Human Resources and more recently for the Vice President of Global Technology. 
 
I have also transcribed research interviews on behalf of the London School of Economics.
 
As well as having obtained my Pitman Diplomas, I am trained to an Advanced level in Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint, and have experience in various databases and basic bookkeeping.
 
Finally, confidentiallity is key and to that end I am happy to sign a Confidentiality Agreement.
