Pay As You Go
This method is best used for a specific project or on an ad-hoc basis. Prices are agreed in writing by both parties before work commences.
Retained Packages
This method will work best for customers who require my assistance for a set amount of hours over a monthly period, or for customers who have monthly mailshots to be prepared.There are various packages available as follows:-
Gold 20 hours per month £220
Silver 15 hours per month £180
Bronze 10 hours per month £140
Any additional hours will be charged at the hourly rate of £15.00. This will be charged in 15 minute increments
Personal Online Shopping Research
Charged at £30 per assignment
Database Inputting/ Management/Copy Typing/Audio Typing
Charged at £15 per hour - minimum charge is £15 - invoiced to the nearest 15 mins after the first hour.

Note - Standard turnaround time is 24 hours. Please let me know at the time of booking whether or not your work requires a sameday service.
Invoices
Invoices will be issued on the last working day of each month. Payment in full is required within 14 days. Payment by Cash, Cheque, Paypal or BACS is acceptable.
