You will dictate in the normal way but rather than dictating onto a tape, your recorder holds a memory chip or card. This recording is then downloaded onto your PC and once completed the file can be emailed to me. The most common format is .dss.wav.mp3 or .dma. I accept all of these formats. Audio & Copy Typing
Reports, letters, interviews - all you need to do is either email the file or provide the recorded cd and I will create a formatted word document which wll be emailed back to you. For copy typing You provide me with your handwritten text and I will type and format it into a profesional document Database Creation and Maintenance
Does your customer file need organising into a manageable list? I can create databases from a blank page and then maintain it as your business grows and grows.. Diary Management
I will make appointments and arrange meetings as required. All you have to do is provide details of your contacts. Once confirmed all meetings will be sent via email to drop into your schedule. Report Preparation
I will prepare your annual Company Report - using chapters, indexes, cross reference tabs etc, and then return this to you in the requested format. Mail Shots
I will collate your contact information and merge this into a database to use for mailshots. This list can be tailored to capture specific customers at one time for brochures, promotional letters, event invitations, Christmas cards etc. I will prepare the mail-shot, print and post it for you as required. Do you have a special client who needs a special gift? Has a member of staff had a baby and you want to get something a little different? All you have to do is provide your price band, and I will find you various options outside of the normal corporate gift and bouquet of flowers. |
